Subject: Block sender in Notes mail
When you are in your mail file go to “Tools” in the navigator.Click Rules.
On the action bar click “New Rule”.
Create Condition
Make the rule when sender contains “SENDERS NAME”.
Click Add.
Specify Actions.
Select “Delete” from the drop down menu.
Click Add.
Then Ok.

Look for an easier way (single UI gesture) to block sender coming in Notes 6.5.

as a admin you can block senders internet adress or domain in the configuration document.
router/smtp - restriction and controls - smtp inbound controls - inbound sender controls
this is valid for all users, the mail will be refused with a non-delivery-message
to block at users-level with blockingmessage to the sender you have to create an agent that reply to sender and delete the mail (simple actions).
