Blank windows when opening calendar

Hi, this is my first post so if I’ve missed any info out just let me know and I’ll update.

Only one user is affected by this issue. The issue is basically when she opens a particular calendar (not her own one), the right hand windows are completely blank. No error messages are displayed just blank (grey) screens. The left hand one seems to be OK; it displays the month etc. All other calendars open up for her OK and the calendar which is causing her issue opens up OK for everyone else.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried bringing the user’s ID to another workstation? If it works at another workstation, then it is probably something specific there. Try opening the calendar using the Basic mode of notes (launch nlnotes.exe instead of notes.exe). You can try deleting the cache.ndk, and re-running setup on the client.

Subject: Blank calendar

Got the user to log on to another PC (their id files are stored on a metwork drive) and the calendar works fine on this one.

Any more suggestions?
