Hello,
We have a problem where our messages are received by a Domino server and delivered to a users mail file.
The user collects the mail using POP3 and Outlook Express.
If the message’s subject field is populated and the body is blank, it was cause a problem with the download of mail. The download cannot continue until the message is deleted from the users mail file.
We have tried changing the ‘Format preference for incoming mail’ to MIME but with no luck.
Has anyone experienced this issue before or know of a reason for this happening?
