Does anyone know of software that will allow mail encryption in ‘Notes’ using a Blackberry?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Do you mean if you send an email from the BB to and internet or internal user that it would be encrypted ?. I don’t see how if sent to an internet users except if that users cert or company cert was perhaps cross certified in your servers address book and your internet cert was in your person doc then that might work. The message to sign and encrypt would need to be set. You might try also to create an agent that would send emails stored in a folder that would set the fields to sign and encrypt. You could them have the user save emails in that folder on the BB to send out that way.
