Blackberry Redirector Error "The list of folders is currently unavailable"

I have a blackberry 7130e, office is running Notes 6.5.5. My BB was just set up on my system to redirect my Inbox only. I have custom folders within my notes DB but when I select “Selected Folders” under the advanced tab of Blackberry Desktop Manager I get the error “The list of folders is currently unavailable”. I went to BB support and found an KB saying to remove my account from the BB server as well as recreate the state DB. I did this twice and still am not able to see my custom folders.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jeff, I realize this but I felt that my first posting was not clear enough in the title of the posting. I felt that I would miss out on some good resources being able to help me out. Do you happen to have any additional suggestions?

You make no mention of whether you tried the previous poster’s suggestions. They are the directions to fix this issue.

Also, if you remove yourself and your state db from the BES, you cannot immediately readd yourself or issues will not be resolved.

ok, what is your suggestion for waiting after deleting myself and my state DB from the BES?
