We’re running BES 2.2 with no service packs on Domino 6.0.1 on Win2000. We’re having trouble with the Attachment Service - when I try to load it manually from Services it fails loading but says it returned no error.
I’d like to upgrade to the latest service pack. Do I need to install all or most service packs first or can I install only the latest service pack?
Should I install Service Pack 5 or does anyone recommend a better version?
And has anyone had similar trouble running the BES Attachment Service? It used to run fine but the client says it just stopped working - no reason why.

On the attachment service, don’t know specifics about the attachment service, but I know that the MDS has separate log files somewhere in that directory structure. You might look in the Attachment service directory for logs. You might also look at the WinNT Event Log.
On the service pack question, we upgraded straight from the 2.2 to the 2.2 sp 4 version, mo problem.
