When I reset my BlackBerry I lose all of my email on the BlackBerry. The email on my desktop remains unchanged, but again, the BlackBerry begins picking up new email from that point. Any way to re-sync the email from my desktop back to my BB?

The emails visible on your blackberry are stored in your State DB. Which is created when you are added to the blackberry enterprise server.
