We want to sync the Notes Calendar with a Blackberry 7100V using the provided Intellisync software. For some reason that doesn´t work. Has somebody an idea what the problem could be?

I’ve had a couple of problems in the past when we were using the older BES version and it turned out to be a corrupt calendar document. Try only synchronising documents that are within the last month and see if that works. If so, then it’s a problem with the calendar itself.
typically speaking, if you want to use Intellisync make sure that the Desktop Manager software that you are using is up-to-date. I think the latest released version is v4.1.
Sometimes also the configuration of Intellisync can become corrupt. In that case in the profile of the afftected user you should find a folder that is called Intellisync (I think it’s in Application Data somewhere). Try deleting that folder the software should recreate the config when you restart it. Alternatively try their knowledge base: http://www.blackberry.com/knowledgecenterpublic/livelink.exe and search for Intellisync, plenty of hits. =)
