Hi,We are currently observing a lack of synchronization with the unread marks between the emails in the Notes Client and the blackberry handheld device. The database that the blackberry uses has the right number of unread emails, however the user’s blackberry keeps showing an incorrect number. Is there a fix for this? We have 5 mail servers and we replicate the unread marks between all of them.

Noticing the same thing here. I have according to my BB 3 unread messages yet I have none in my mailfile. I have even done the “Mark Prior Opened” on the BB and “Mark All Read” in Notes and that isn’t clearing the number.
Not sure where those 3 messages are.

Hello Shankar are they emails or are they missed calls or saved emails. If you miss a phone call, it shows as an unread count as well as saved emails on the device.
As long as you have the mail file properties set to replicate unread marks, it should be fine.

They are only emails- the number of unread emails keeps showing an incorrect value. The user goes about marking all as read, however the next day the same set of emails keep appearing as unread.
