What’s the best way to create a decent looking web form for Domino? I’ve tried adding CSS as well as creating forms in Dreamweaver and importing them. This helps, but is still behind the curve in the Web 2.0 world. Adobe Flex seems to have the best UI, but I’m hoping to not have to go that route. I’m looking for examples of contemporary forms on Domino as well as how-to resources.
