Best way to add a lot of text in an email

I have a form button that sends an email:

doc.sendto = uidoc.document.Originator(0)

doc.subject = "some text"

Call body.appendtext(formname & "some text".  Please use the document link attached to view the document." & Chr(13))

Call body.appenddoclink(linkdoc, formname & " #" & ticketnumber)          

Call doc.send (True, False)

Depending on several fields values, I’ll need to change the rich text in the body of the email. I have two questions. (1) how to I keep the doclink at the top of the email? (2) What is the best way to add all the text. Can I type it in a form and then insert an open form? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.
