Hello. I have been evaluating some performance problems experienced on a Domino Server. After an initial investigation, I am pretty certain that a restart of the physical server or of the server process will help to stabilize the server.
Can anyone offer best practices for performing this restart? Does a restart of the physical Windows 2003 Server offer a better performance boost compared to a restart of the server process? Where is the best place to restart the server process only (console, Domino Admin, etc.)?
Please indicate any tips on evaluating overall Domino Server performance as well as I have searched many of the site archives here and am slightly overwhelmed with options. Thanks in advance for all responses.
