'Before new mail' does not trigger - nothing happens

Problem/Query:

Hi,

application is a MailIn database. Mailrouter pushes mail to database, but agent does not trigger.

Agent is the only one in this application with ‘Before new mail’.

I can’t find informations in serverlogs. Is it possible to debug that issue ?

thank you very much for your proposals.

  1. KB Article checked. Pre-delivery agents was ‘enabled’, i’ve expanded timeout to 60 seconds.
    (but the agent is very small, 30 should be enough)

  2. ‘load amgr debug *’ activated. Message on delivery:
    16.04.2026 09:50:45 AMgr: Received new mail event from Router for ‘target.nsf’
    No further more Messages in this context.

It still doesn’t run :frowning:
