We have a “Before New Mail Arrives Agent” in our Mailtemplate for handling large attachments. Works fine so far. But when I update the design of a mailfile the agent is not running anymore. The agent shows a check mark saying it is active. But I have to open the agent manually in the mailfile and save it again to make it work. Result is a checkmark and a yellow star (as it looks in the template).
After that procedure everything work fine.
Any idea out there why this ist working properly ?
