I need to display a field with a base64 encoding. I’ve tried to create a new attribute with a specific syntax OID (as userPassword) but the value is still in clear text when I extract data. (I’ve checked with a ldap explorer and syntax OID/Attribute OID are ok)
OctetString (OID=1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.115.121.1.40) are treated as transparent 8-bit bytes. They may, or may not, be printable or human readable. Typically used by passwords. Allows matchingRules of octetStringMatch and octetStringOrderingMatch.
I’ve checked LDAP configuration with Domino Admin but nothing.
We are using Domino 6.5.5FP2 and Domino 7.0.2.
