A new feature in notes allow you to see a background in the body of the e-mail. Instead of the plain white background, you get the background you usually get in the header selected by the user that sent you the e-mail. Unfortunately, sometimes you get stuck with the plain white background and there is no way to reactivate the background in the body. So my question is, is there a way to enable or disable this feature that may seem nice for many and disturbing for some.

If you open up the memo form in desinger, Form Properties, 4th tab, uncheck ‘Allow users to change these properties’.
