Automatically create FullText Index on Notes Archive Databases

Problem/Query:

Hello,

we are using a policy to create archive databases from the users mail databases .

How could we automatically create a full text index on the archive databases?

Hi,

We do not see any settings to automatically create the Full text index for Archive databases.

It is a good idea to have one. We encourage for you to file an Enhancement request in our HCL Domino Ideas Portal .

Alternately, you may go to the archive folder, then select all the archive databases then right click > Full text index then Create.
