Automatic archive each mail which ecpired in 2 mothn throught policys

Hi all,i need in some help,

some of my users have really big databases and it works really slowly. They dont want to move their mail to mail archive.

So, my question is:

can i create some how dedicated policy for group of users which will create local archive and move to it all mail which expired in 2 months, i want to setup automatic archivation by standart ways with out any external software.

Can some body suggest me something?
