Automated crash fault report address no longer working?

Some time ago I had enabled the automated fault reports to be forwarded into IBM, since when there is a crash, that they get notified with the signature.

But today now when sending one, it came back with:

Your message:
was not delivered to: lotus_domino_80_fault_reports@Notes

because: No route found to server porthos/CAM/Notes from server PSYCLONE/CAM/NOTES. Check Server and Connection documents in the Domino Directory.

So it tried to send to: lotus_domino_80_fault_reports@notesdev.ibm.com

but wouldn’t work.

Is this temporary? Or no longer working? Or has the address changed but wasn’t updated?

Or is there any other database and/or manual way where I (being an employee) can upload the nsd.logs and core.dmps of my C:\notes\data\IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT directory to help improve the product?
