Simply…an employee has left the company, so the office manager wants all of the former employee’s new mail to be forwarded to her. How do I do this?

You can do this numerous ways. If you haven’t deleted the person from the NAB you can edit their person doc and use the FORWARDING Address field to forward their mail to the boss, or you can use mail rules to Move the mail to another database i.e. the boss’s mail file.

I’ll try the “Forwarding Address” field, thanks for the tip! Now, if someone internally (who already knows that this employee left) decides to leave their brain at home and send her an email, it won’t get ‘lost’.
