Author access in documents

Hi everyone,

            we are creating a workflow in lotus notes in that a form created with attachment from the creator should be just readed by the next level user, is tat possible if the next level user have edit document pemission,need help from you experts

If you use editor fields you can specify exactly who has rights to edit the document.

oh thanks for the immediate response sir,one more doubt is that is that possible to create calendar entry for every indivdual user automatically.thanks in advance
