Subject: Attachments(PDF) to be open in new window

Hi,

Have you tried this:

Create a simple form. On the form create richtext field and regular text field. Save form and open form in notes. Put pdf file in richtext field and name of pdf in text field. Save document.

Create view that shows documents created above. First sortable column would be name of regular text field.

Go to form where you want pdfs to show up. Instead of putting pdf’s, put action hotspot links. For the action hotspot Web Javascript code, put:

window.open(“http://www.yoururl.com/yourfolder/Yourdatabase.nsf/NameofViewYouCreatedAbove/nameofpdf/$file/nameofpdf.pdf”, “newtarget”, “height=500, width=600, left=100, resizable=yes, scrollbars=yes, location=yes, menubar=yes, toolbar=yes”)

Hope the above helps.
