Mac user is able to successfully send emails with attachments internal to the company, but when she sends internet mail, the attachments don’t send. The email arrives successfully, but the attachments are not there and there is no indication to the recipient that attachments were ever present. Your help is appreciated.

Is this to all internet recipients? Is it possible that something on the recipients end stripped the attachment?

She believes it’s a problem going to all internet recipients, not just a select few. She also noted that it’s only been happening for a few weeks and that a colleague who also has a Mac is experiencing the same problem.
