The attachments are all in the bottom of the received e-mail, but originally they was in the middle.This occours only for the external incoming e-mail.
WHY???
It depends from configuration parameters in Domino or from ISP ??

maybe this is a MIME email… see in your personal document in the names.nsf located at your server if you have “Prefers MIME format”
