Attachments in mails sent by users all get the prefix STG

Hello,

we have a problem that when users send emails with attachments, the attachment names are all prefixed with STG. Has anyone had this problem before?

Domino Server: 12.0.1 FP1
Notes Client: 12.0.1 FP1

Haven't found anything about this.
