Hello. Please, does anyone have an example or can indicate how I can make a form with the functionality to attach a file and send it to a database. I am unable to access Forge to fetch this example.

Please review the below post. In this post we are describing how to achieve the functionality of browsing and reading the files from an Iris responsive web application. Once the file is read in the application it is available in base64 format in one of the variables in form controller. This base64 format of the file can be sent to backend. Thank you.
