AS/400: Access file on network from lotusscript agent

Facts: a scheduled lotusscript agent running on Domino AS/400 is trying to access a .txt file on the network without any success.I’ve been told that it should work to access a file from AS/400 without having to use ftp. I’m trying to open a file for input from \IP\SHARE\FILE.TXT but the script generates an error (file not found). When i start the agent manually from my client on windows os it works fine.

I’ve tried to search the net for answers without any luck. Is it possible to access such a file, and what am i doing wrong? Please help! :wink:

The file is hosted by a windows OS machine.

Did you grant the QNOTES user profile *RWX access to remote mounted file system?
