Domino 9.0.1FP5 on W2008R2. All seems OK except if selecting “diagrams” like Mail Routing Topology under Messaging or Replication Topology under Replication in which case the message: Array index out of range: 0 appears. Applet Manager Started | Initialized appears in issued commands. Installed IntFix 1 for FP5 and error persists. Believe to be JVM error so added the jaxp.properties into JVM directory. Not seeing log errors. Any suggestions?

Where does the message appear? Dialog, status bar, log.nsf …
This is normally a LotusScript error, and if it showed up in a dialog if you were to turn on LotusScript debugging, you may locate the error. At that point at the very least you may be able to work around the error itself: it sounds like code expected an array, and didn’t get what it expected.
The error could conceivably be due to a database design that’s not up to date. However, y’can never tell, it may be an interaction issue with the fixpack.
