It would be nice to have RSS feeds available for the forums.
There is an internal RSS generator. We are looking into a possibility to have it for external use.
By now we can access externally the following RSS feeds:
- List of all forums: https://hclpnpsupport.service-now.com/sn_communities_forum.do?sys_id=cd74744e1b16f340c48197d58d4bcb66&RSS
- List of all topics: https://hclpnpsupport.service-now.com/sn_communities_m2m_forum_topic_list.do?sysparm_query=forum_id%3Dcd74744e1b16f340c48197d58d4bcb66%5E&RSS
We are still working on permissions to get RSS feeds for all posts or questions from a specified forum.
I would expect 1-2 months to get it implemented.
