Are there any FIs running the Automated Workflows to generate Batch Letters to send Visa Delinquent letters using delinquency numbers from TMG (PSCUACCOUNTIMPORT)?

We rely on the PSCUACCOUNTIMPORT daily process to send us delinquency information on our credit card accounts. We use that information in our Automated Workflow to generate batch letters that are 5 days delinquent and 20 days delinquent. I've included a screenshot of our Automated Workflow criteria to this post.

The problem is that TMG doesn't send us a file on Sundays. If a 5 or 20 day delinquency occurs on a Sunday, then we lose out on getting a letter generated for that day.

I wanted to ask the group:

  1. Does anyone uses the same process as us, and how do you handle the lack of a file on Sundays?
  2. Are there any workarounds on this problem? We're also open to any new ideas or new ways to handle Automated workflows and batch letters.

@Melvnie Lvwwence can you help with this?
