Some of my users are having issues archiving e-mails on the server. It can be done, but it will only pick up 3 or 4 e-mails. But when they switch to their local mailbox, the archiving process will pick up all the eligible e-mails. This only apply to a handful of users (which includes the Managing Director).
Basically when archiving source is on the server it will pick up only a few e-mails but no issues when archiving from the local database.
I have run a fixup, updall and compact on the offending database. I have also replaced the design of the database and there is no difference
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
