A user cannot archive in Lotus Notes anymore. They receive error message “Error accessing archive information”. When selecting Archive → Settings “document has been deleted”.
Have tried deleting archive profile using a lotus script agent; removing old archive database; refreshing views, and all the usual stuff.
Have you found a solution for this problem? I am having the same issue and am clueless as to what would have caused it.I can’t even get into the archive settings, but I am able to open the actual archived file by double clicking on it through Windows Explorer - then opens up in Lotus Notes.
We had the same problem on several mailboxes.It turned out that the inbox was showing documents that were already archived, meaning the indexes on the database were corrupted. Running Load updall -R on the databases solved the problem.
