Archived mails return to user mail database

Hello,

I have a single user with the problem, that archived mails return without reason in her main mail databse.

Server: IBM Domino 9.0.1 with FP6

Client: IBM Notes 9.0.1 with FP9

What could it be? Does anyone have an idea?

I am looking forward to your answers!

Best regards,

Christian

Subject: Is this a recurring problem or one time event?

If you right-click on the mail file, select Application > Properties, click on the Info tab (the second tab from the left) and then on User detail, do you see an unusual number of Adds? The Adds column is sortable. What will be of particular interest is who is shown as responsible for the Adds. If it is the server that the mail file is on, then this may be result of a restore made to the server. If restores are done to a separate server, then is that server shown as the one responsible for the addition of a number of documents? If you see the user listed as the one adding the documents, then it would be coming from a local replica.

Subject: Replication history

Hello Barry,

thanks for the answer and sorry that my answer is late.

The replication history seems fine.

Best regards,

Christian

Subject: replication

Check replication history maybe a local copy is restoring the documents.

Subject: One time event

Hello Jay,

sorry for the late answer.

The highest number of adds is a value of 20 by the User.

So do you still think it is a local replica?

Best regards,

Christian
