hi when ever i archive my mails they all become unread in the archived database but i ahve already read them.well i can change them all to read by clicking on edit-mark all read but i have few mails in my mail box which are read and few are unread i want them to be the same in archive database is their any way or place i can chagne that. thx
Subject: archived documents becoming unread
In the archived mail database , goto the database properties, Advanced tab (the last tab) , check on “Dont maintain unread marks”.
