Archive Not Found

We are facing problem at the time of archiving. we are using lotus notes (verssion 8.5 standard). we have set archive criteria at server end. When we are trying to archiving, the notes client does not found any archive settings. so users are not able to open the archive and user also not able to create any archive.

things up on the server end? Via a policy or something?

Subject: Organisation Policy.

We have created organisation policy for archiving at server end.Only after converting the notes from 8.0.2 to 8.5 we are facing this type of problem. We are also unable to see the hidden view of $user policy in 8.5 notes client.

I don’t really have any valuable insight on this, unfortunately, but have the mail files been upgraded to the new 8.5 mail templates.
