Archive Criteria Setting Policy Document

I am setting up Global Archiving settings using policy documents. I created Archive Criteria Settings documents that work based on the age or last modified date of documents, but I wanted to also create an Archive Criteria Setting that would clean up Selected documents. However, that option is not in the drop down…only older, not modified, not accessed and with expiration date are in the list.

If you’re archiving from the client, and manually selecting documents for archiving, you will be presented with the existing archive “destinations” (ie. criteria), which can be used.So no, you can’t create a criteria settings for selected documents, but you can use an age or usage based one to actually perform archiving of selected documents.
