App crashed in Xcode emulator

We built a Kony project and ran it in Xcode emulator, it crashed just after started. Kony Visualizer 8.2 and Xcode 9.2 were used by our teacher’s recommendation.

I report this issue to support@kony.com and they create a ticket for me (Ticket# 117471), but I was denied to view the ticket.
