Just wondering if anyone has ever run across a full ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library - http://www.itil.co.uk/) suite that is built on Domino? Domino just seems like it would be such a good fit for this and instead of building an in-house solution, I was wondering if there was already a commercially available version. I’ve been searching the web a bit, but I haven’t come across any companies yet that have built an ITIL app on Domino.
If you don’t know of any, would this be a good application to build and submit to the open community? I hate to put the time into building it, but if I can’t find one I may have to, and if I’m going to build it, might as well make it available to all.
