Another Person's Mail

Hi,A few of our users give access to and delegate mail to another person. For example their Personal Assistants. However, when the Personal Assistant opens their mail from their PC, all mail shows up in “red”, so they don’t know which mail has been attended to.

Any idea to show it as the original person’s mail box?

I think that the read/unread marks are unique to the users Notes client. So, if the assistant goes in the first time, to that Notes client, all messages are unread. I think that Notes is working as designed and there isn’t anything you can do about it, unless you have the assistants talk to their managers to find out what has/has not been addressed.
