An outside person receiving 5 to 6 messages when sent from the person's mail File....Please help

A user in the outside domain (internet world) receives 5-6 times the same message when sent from a particular user’s mail file in the Notes Domain here…

what could be the problem…I am new to Notes Admin …

Please throw some light what do I need to check in User’s Lotus Notes Mail file or is it something to do with the Server Connection Document to the outside internet address.
