I tried to send this to Julie via email but I couldn’t guess nor find Julie’s email address. I know she views this from time to time since she helps out with domino agent questions posted here, so I thought I’d post it here instead, making it an “open letter”.

I just saw your article previewing the Notes 8 Out of Office functionality, and wanted to let you know my appreciation. I’m sure there’s more than just you working on mail agents-related things, but it’s more than that. You have been participating in the community for years… I particularly remember one discussion thread years ago where someone basically said you were wrong about agent triggers and that you set him straight, definitively, without degrading the conversation into flames. You have a great combination of technical ability and knowledge, a willingness to share them, and patience (or at least temperance 
) for the community.
I usually don’t send emails like these when I don’t have anything else to say, but I also didn’t want this to go unsaid.
