We have a custom app that crashes when you try to forward a document from a view. The error message,“An error occured while formatting. Press ESC to close window.”
appears on the status bar. Forwrding works from other applications, from the mail file and from the documnents in this application when they are open.

but it doesn’t seem relevant.
Any ideas?
