The agent manager appears to start fine when starting domino server and it responds to “tell amgr quit”, and "load amgr "- but it gives NO RESPONSE to “tell amgr schedule” or “tell amgr status”
In the last 48 hours scheduled agents (lotus script or simple actions) are not running at all.
The server document hasn’t been modified, agents have not been modified, and design elements have been signed with server id.
I’ve rebooted domino server and also physical server several time - nothing has helped.
I have also tried doing Debug_Amgr=* but the results haven’t helped.

Could there be an issue with the Notes.ini? Like a line that is truncated?
If there is no response to the Tell commands, there could be something wrong with the Agent Manager task code. If so, that requires a reinstall of the Domino server software. And seeing that you are on R6.0.2CF1 (End of Service and all of that), you might want to consider upgrading the server to R6.5.6.

Reloading the Domino server code (or, upgrading to a newer release) solved this issue. There must have been some corruption with the Agent Manager executable/DLL/whatever.
