Can you check Android Home is set in below path or not
Window-->Preferences->Kony Visualizer-->Build->Android Home
If not, provide Android SDK path to Android Home and verify the app preview.

If you try to build/preview the application for android channel, android sdk need to be installed in your machine. Please find the below documentation link for your reference.
