I am trying to understand how notes sends an alarm for a meeting. I assumed that it must be using an agent to but I haven’t been able to figure it out. I need to add information from the original meeting and even including an attachment to the sent alarm memo. Is this something that can be done? Can any one help enlighten me, or point in the right direction?
