Alt shortcut key with ABC letters

Hi All,As we know, Notes enables to navigate through the action bar with ALT+number (e.g., ALT+1).

We would like to use letters instade of numbers, so that user can click ALT+a (instade of ALT+1).

How can it be done? (even an activeX is also a solution).
