Notes client, 6.0.1. User’s Personal Address Book. The alphabet bar displays A-U. How can one get to V-Z since no scroll bar is available?

If you mean the screen area in Windows, everyone here is 800x600 pixels. Is there a different setting in Notes?

There is not screen size in client. It will use the windows screen size. I was wondering if you expand this past your 800x600 screen size, do you see the missing letters?
Otherwise you have to modify the design of the frameset. The A through Z thingy (known as the AdressPicker) is a form shown in a vertical frame. This frame is not allowed to be resided or scrolled.
I throught I remember reading that 800x600 is an outdate screen size – ibm/lotus was moving towards 1024x768. This would be a classic example why not to have such small screen sizes.
NOTE: You are modifying a core template which is part of the notes client. Modifying core templates is risky and you are prone to the customization to be last via upgrading the notes client.

Changing the Windows screen area to 1024x768 did the trick but the font is so small. I am not that old and don’t wear glasses but even I thought the print was too small.
Have you heard any rumors that Lotus might put in the ability to display a scroll bar in the Address Picker frame in the future?
I surely hope that Lotus keeps Accessibility in mind when designing their clients.

Point noted :-). Sometimes you just wonder why they would design it that way. Oh well, if you really want to see a scrollable address picker bar, open the Contacts frameset in designer and add a scrollbar to the frame that contains the picker. Also change property so that its resizable. To the best of my knowledge doing so should not cause any issues but then one never knows with Lotus

The font size can be changed. It is strictly user driven. The default is what was preset on the machine, but you can change the font size in the same manner as you adjust the screen size.
