I have setup successfully a few event generators and event handlers in events4.nsf and I get the info I need in statrep.nsf through a statistic collection record. but when I goto statrep.nsf, and check the statistics reports, all categories show values, except under Mail & Database. columns for dead mail, routed mail and pending mail present a value of N/A. I have setup the proper event generators for dead, routed, transfered and pending mail in events4 and also selected the mail category in the statistics collection record. Anyone has an idea why this is happening? It’s driving me crazy!!!
