All my mails in my INBOX disappear, but I can read it in “All Document”. Any idea? thanks.

Inbox is a folder. Somehow, you removed everything from that folder. The documents are still there, but are not in the inbox folder anymore.

Please tryfirst by refreshing the design , if that doesn’t work then replace the design.
Both with the mail template file.

Most common cause for this in 6.5: Forgetting that you’ve clicked the “View Unread” button.
Are new messages showing up, but those you’ve already opened aren’t?

my favourites are:View\Show only selected and
View\Categories
Perhaps lotus could put a ‘stupid’ switch on items in the view submenu that pops up a window every 3.52 minutes saying “Oi, don’t forget you’ve got the [xxx] switch on”

Actually, it would entirely reasonable to expect that turning on one of these semi-permanent filtering options would present the display in some way that made it obvious that the switch was on; different background color, font color, some banner across the top of the screen, whatever – just something that lit up in your face while the non-normal option was in effect.

Don’t turn around!
There IS definitly a bug. Refreshing the design of an “old” database, let say “4.6”, to iNotes6 template, WILL render the ($Inbox) folder empty.
I try and use the FolderEnabled option on the database and refreshed the folder belonging for every document. It worked when upgrading from 4.6 to 5.0 but won’t work for 4.6 to 6.5…
