All Messages marked "HOLD" in mail.box

Have an issue with all messages in the mail.box being marked “HOLD”.

The server kept crashing so we renamed the mail.box and the log.nsf files. When we brought the server back up, it no longer crashed but now it won’t route any mail. All thoughts are appreciated.

Do you have any anti-virus tasks running on the server?(sh config servertasks)

I am assuming that DNS resolution (e.g. try from server console … do “trace extarnameldomain”) is 100%. Also, what version or you running? There were some SPRs that addressed HELD messages and router panics. If you are core 6.5, you need to upgrade as these were after that release.
